Painted Hidden Storage Table

Just a little post to share a recently finished painting project. I picked up this piece off my local Facebook Marketplace sale page. It was the perfect size for a quick makeover.

It was in pretty good shape except for the top, which I did end up stripping and completely sanding.
I then re-stained the top and sealed with poly.

For the base and the frame I used Dixie Belle's Dropcloth color. This has quickly become my favorite shade of white. Not to harsh or bright as some shades of white can be.

For the front false drawer front I used Dixie Belle's Vintage Duck Egg.

This gave it a POP of color.

Original hardware was re-attached and the legs were slightly distressed.

The best part of this table is the hidden shelf in the back.

It is a great area for hidden storage when the table is against a wall.

This was a quick makeover on one of our rainy afternoons lately.

Luckily the sun came out recently for some pictures.

This is now available in my shop spot at The Coop Antiques.

Thanks for stopping by,
