Thrifty Footstool Makeover

On a recent trip to the Goodwill store I purchased a footstool that desperately needed a makeover.

The material on top was old and faded and the foam inside was flat and not very comfortable.

A little updating with paint, new foam and bright colored fabric goes a long way.

I used 2 inch foam to make the top a comfortable place for your feet or to sit on.

A little distressing was done to the paint.

A quick and easy project that brought this piece from DRAB to FAB.

Thanks for stopping by,
