Recently I was asked to curate a clipboard for HOMETALK. I feel so honored to be part of this wonderful community of professionals and bloggers. It is another great resource for all things related to the home and garden. If you haven't joined yet head on over and check it out!
The clipboard that I am featuring today is all about CHICKENWIRE!
It is such a versatile and fun material to work with - just be sure to wear gloves
because it can be sharp and will cut you.
Here are some of my highlighted favorites.
All are linked back to the original source, but they can also
be found on my Hometalk Clipboard.
A vintage screen door from great-grandfather's house
is given new life in the laundry room.
This cabinet started out as an old window.
This idea combines a chalkboard with a chicken wire message board.
Vintage frames are easily transformed using chicken wire.
Chicken wire used in the garden on this old metal chair.
And my little project that combined a pallet, chalkboard paint and chicken wire.
Of course the obvious choice for chicken wire is to use it for actual chickens.
Unfortunately we are not able to have them where we live...
but one day I hope to have them.
Hope these ideas give you inspiration to use around your house.
I would love to have you follow me on Hometalk.
